My work has currently been chosen to be exhibited at this trade show in Paris.

 The reason I like them is they are quite contemporary and abstract, why I have posted them is because they are quite a contrast to everything else I have looked at in terms of style within the interiors.

The reason I like this Dolce and Gabbana collection
is the colours are so bold and strong and then other pieces in the 
collection are much ethereal which is a contrast that I like. 
I also like that  is floral as even though is a tried and tested 
theme, the designers have put their own twist onto the theme.

The Dolce and Gabbana collection , I have posted these images because I like the collection , the reason being is I think it looks like a fairy tale and much ethereal which is the concept I am working with for my studio work.

I have chosen to look at Louise brody's work as her style is quite naïve and charming
and I feel this is what my work is in some ways she also always using interesting colour choice such as grey or certain type of green which is interesting, I find her work quite influential.
  

Home Sense Shop Report: Metrocentre

These two photos are from my second trip to the home sense shop at the metro centre I was looking at the trends within fashion which was animal prints again. The contrast between these two is the scale and size of the digital prints, as the dress has large prints, whereas the shirt has smaller prints on it which is a contrast.

The first image shows some more progress I have made on my a1 sheet , I have made good progress and have added more to the sheet as I wanted the sheet to be filled.  What  I like about the sheet is the lily and the swan as I think they work quite well together, as I think they fit the concept enthral quite well.  The second image shows my finished a1 drawing
sheet , where I have added more drawings combing animals with flowers.
